Delivery and shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is FREE for all orders within Australia and is delivered via Australia Post. If you're ordering from outside of Australia, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.
Need your order fast? Upgrade your order to Express shipping at checkout.
When will my items be dispatched?
We offer same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2 PM AEST and next-day dispatch for orders placed after.
Your order will be shipped with Australia Post, with estimated delivery times of:
- 2-5 business days for Australian orders
- 7-12 business days for international orders
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?
Please follow these steps if your order hasn’t arrived yet:
- Check your shipping address
Ensure the address you provided at checkout is correct. If there is an error, please contact us. - Review the estimated delivery timeframe
Orders shipped within Australia typically take 2-5 business days, while international orders take 7-12 business days. Please allow an additional 24 hours in case of any unexpected delays. - Check your mailbox
A notice may have been left instructing you to pick up your order from your local post office. - Ask your neighbours
In some cases, a neighbour may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.

Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, we offer hassle-free 30-day returns for all orders placed on our official website. If your Airze Travel Pillow doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
To begin your return, please email us at hello@airze.com.au with your order number or a copy of your receipt, and we’ll guide you through the process.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be purchased directly from our official website.
and - It must be unused and in its original packaging.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation to notify you that your return has been received. If your return meets our refund criteria, we’ll process your refund right away.
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
When would I not be eligible for a refund?
To ensure the highest hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:
- The product has been used, worn, or is not in its original condition.
- Items are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- The product is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our or our delivery partners error.
- The item was purchased from a 3rd party distributor and not the offical Airze store.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! We’re happy to exchange any faulty or defective items purchased directly from our official Airze website. If you believe your product qualifies for an exchange, please email us at hello@airze.com.au, and we’ll assist you in getting a replacement.

Let it air dry completely before reinserting the foam, and your Airze will be fresh and ready for your next adventure!

Yes! You can. Our Airze products make the perfect gift for all adventurers.
To ship our products as a gift, simply enter the lucky recipients address in the ‘shipping’ address section and your address in the ‘billing’ address section.
How do I use a discount code?
To apply a discount code, head to the checkout page. You’ll see a box labeled ‘Discount code’ where you can enter your code. Click ‘Apply’, and the discount will be deducted from your total before you proceed to payment.
